This agreement (“user agreement”) incorporates the terms and conditions for TrailHawkers to provide services to the person (s) (“the User”) intending to purchase or inquiring for any products and/ or services of TrailHawkers. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TrailHawkers. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below) and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and TrailHawkers. All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organised by local agents/suppliers. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of making the booking.
Final invoice amount is based on current government and airline taxes and any increase in the same in future will be collected as per actual.
Rates are valid only for Indian nationals by default. Clients holding passport of any other nationality need to inform the same prior to the booking. Any increase in rates/on tour problems such as hotel check in would be the client’s responsibilty and we shall not be held responsible if not intimated before.
Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice.
If itinerary get’s changed on ground, then the traveler(s) has to follow the itinerary received on ground.
Travel insurance is strictly advised for any kind of travel. It is upon the client’s wish to purchase a travel insurance or not. We cannot be held responsible for claims/expenses arising out of any casualities on tour .
Cab / driver details will be provided 1 day prior to trip starting date. Customer is requested not to take follow up for cab / driver details after 1st instalment. Details will be forwarded to you under aforementioned time without fail.
Standard Check in time is 1400 Hrs and Checkout Time is 1200 Hrs at the hotel.
All special requests like honeymoon freebies, early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, non- smoking room, room with views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and / or interconnecting rooms are under hotel discretion and is strictly subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed priorly by us.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organised by local agents/suppliers. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of making the booking.
All sightseeing tours are subject to road, weather and political conditions at a respective destination and Wanderbird Holidays will not be liable if any changes happen due to the said reason.
Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by TrailHawkers. In case of change of itinerary by customer without prior information, we shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions.
Complete invoiced amount for any booking needs to be paid by the customer minimum 15 Days before the departure date from India/within India to be entitled to receive any kind of vouchers.
In case of delayed payment clearance by the customer; if the availability of any element of the booking like hotel, flight etc. is lost or prices are increased, we shall not be held responsible for the same. We will first aim to provide similar services/hotels in the original amount charged to the customer and in case of no availability of similar services/hotels, the customer will have to pay the difference in the amount for the new service.

Cancellation Policy
Suppliers may have to cancel or amend bookings at times. We will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result due to any reasons.
Flight cancellation charges will apply as per the airline cancellation policy. Service charge on air ticket is non-refundable. Rs. 800 per person will be charged over & above airline cancellation charge as our cancellation fee.
Visa Fee & Service charges are entirely non-refundable whether the visa is granted or not.
Travel Insurance after issuance is non-refundable .
Hotels once booked are non-refundable/non-cancellable.
Any Holiday package/hotel bookings/sightseeing tours are subject to 25% cancellation charge from the time it is booked.

Refund Policy
Refunds can only be given in case of inclusions mentioned in itinerary are not delivered. Refunds will not be given in any other case unless specified other wise.
Refunds are based on factors like the number of travelers, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hotels, tour operators, transporters etc. Final refund shall be based on these factors.
We will be able to initiate customer’s refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the Vendors.
Refunds if any, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
